El 8 de Marzo de 2018 pasar\u00e1 a la historia como un importante hito en el camino de la <strong>igualdad de las mujeres en todos los \u00e1mbitos sociales<\/strong>, con gran protagonismo del \u00e1mbito laboral entre los territorios reivindicados.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los campos profesionales con mayor proyecci\u00f3n de futuro es el de la <\/span><strong>innovaci\u00f3n <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>t\u00e9cnica y tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, y la incorporaci\u00f3n de un cada vez mayor n\u00famero de profesionales de las llamadas disciplinas <\/span><strong>STEM<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> (ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda, ingenier\u00eda y matem\u00e1ticas)<\/strong> supone uno de los grandes retos de los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan la ONU, la escasez de inter\u00e9s en estos campos de estudio supone un grave problema a nivel global, pues <strong>las universidades generan menos del 30% de los <\/strong><\/span><strong>ingenieros<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> que se necesitan para cubrir las necesidades de la industria<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan muestran las estad\u00edsticas del <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmujer.gob.es\/MujerCifras\/Educacion\/AlumnadoUniversitario.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instituto de la Mujer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tan <strong>solo un 25% del alumnado universitario que estudia carreras tecnol\u00f3gicas son mujeres<\/strong>, mientras que en otras especialidades universitarias las chicas matriculadas suponen una amplia mayor\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta doble brecha, la escasez general de perfiles <\/span>STEM<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y el bajo ratio de mujeres que acceden a estas carreras universitarias, unida a la creciente ansia de empoderamiento de la mujer que est\u00e1 tomando fuerza y protagonismo social, parecen los ingredientes de una \u201cTormenta Perfecta\u201d encaminada a desencadenar un escenario de enormemente propicio para la masiva incorporaci\u00f3n de mujeres a profesiones con gran proyecci\u00f3n futura. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y sin embargo&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 las mujeres no estudian Ingenier\u00eda o TI?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mucho se ha publicado acerca de los factores que mantienen a las mujeres tan alejadas de la evoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, siendo \u00e9sta un factor clave del futuro de la humanidad, de su progreso y de su bienestar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Superado el falso estereotipo de la inferioridad del g\u00e9nero femenino respecto del masculino en lo referente a sus competencias tecnol\u00f3gicas y cient\u00edficas, muchos aluden a la <strong>presi\u00f3n de los paradigmas sociales y culturales como factor causal<\/strong> de este distanciamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>escasez de modelos<\/strong> se apunta como otro condicionante. Si bien son notables los ejemplos de mujeres que han realizado aportaciones clave en el <strong>campo de la <\/strong><\/span><strong>ciencia<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> y el progreso<\/strong>, son muchas tambi\u00e9n las que han sido ignoradas o silenciadas. Apremia la necesidad de ponerlas en valor para tangibilizar su ejemplo y <strong>crear nuevos referentes para romper paradigmas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra cuesti\u00f3n es la imagen actual de los grandes triunfadores del \u00e1mbito tecnol\u00f3gico, con sus altos niveles de estr\u00e9s y sus jornadas interminables. <strong>Las dificultades de conciliaci\u00f3n familiar suponen todav\u00eda hoy una importante barrera para la mujer<\/strong> en una sociedad en la que el rol femenino del cuidado familiar se mantiene apenas perturbable.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las empresas<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> de base tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, que representan un alto porcentaje de la demanda de perfiles profesionales, <strong>tienen plantillas mayoritariamente masculinas<\/strong>, y esta tendencia dista mucho de revertir, m\u00e1s bien al contrario, se hace m\u00e1s evidente y se radicaliza.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mujeres en STEM: \u00bfBrecha de g\u00e9nero?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se calcula que en pocos a\u00f1os apenas existir\u00e1n puestos de trabajo que no requieran en mayor o menor medida de competencias en el \u00e1mbito de la tecnolog\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, la paulatina desaparici\u00f3n o minimizaci\u00f3n, en favor de sus sustitutos tecnol\u00f3gicos, de actividades profesionales tradicionalmente asociadas a las mujeres, como las tareas administrativas o de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, amenaza con agigantar la brecha de g\u00e9nero en el mundo laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se hace necesaria la transformaci\u00f3n de las propias empresas para ser capaces de<strong> seducir al <\/strong><\/span><strong>talento<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> femenino<\/strong>. Se impone un mayor acercamiento del mundo tecnol\u00f3gico y cient\u00edfico al colectivo de las mujeres para abrirles un nuevo espacio de empoderamiento. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es un reto.
